The WTAPS and Vans partnership is nothing new. Last summer they teamed up for some fresh designs, including a trio of Bash makeups. It looks as if their efforts were worthy, because they have teamed up once again for a Summer 2009 Collection. They kind of resemble tacky dress shoes.
